Your administration team is the backbone of your business. This course will equip receptionists, secretaries and administrators to utilise and improve systems.
In this course, we cover various aspects of being a great administrator, from personal presentation, to time management and developing and adhering to systems. We talk about basic communication, as well as how to interact with clients and suppliers, both over the phone and in person. Finally, we discuss the key role of all admin staff in the business and how you can provide that vital support effectively.
This is a half day course with group discussions, a presentation and a learner workbook for every learner.
