Customer Service Module 3: The 'Us' in Customer
In this course, we take the teamwork approach to customer service: it's through the attitude of the whole team that we really deliver exceptional service.
Using the fun DVD, "Life is Good", we talk about how we can work together to have more fun at work, and take care of the people who pay our salaries: the customers. We talk about changing attitudes, and loving the job you do.
This is a half day course with group discussions, a presentation, a learner workbook for every learner and a training DVD.
