Managing Discipline in the Workplace

One of the toughest parts of a manager’s job is dealing with employee discipline and performance. In this one day workshop, you will learn how to effectively and fairly discipline and dismiss staff, protecting your staff and the company, and avoiding costly mistakes.

We use extensive illustrative examples and case studies to demonstrate how the principles can be practically applied. This course is co-facilitated by Nicola Bouch, a labour consultant.
