Values and ethics are an important part of business, and it is vital that all your staff know what standards are expected of them.
In this course, we talk about the values that are important to you, such as honesty, integrity and teamwork. We cover the rights and responsibilities of employees and employers, and how to get ahead and make a success of your career. We also talk about how to manage your personal life, and live a happy, healthy, ethical life.
This is a half day course with group discussions, a presentation and a learner workbook for every learner.
