Induction Training

This course is custom designed for each company's specific needs and requirements, to introduce staff to your team and help them understand your policies and company culture.

We help you to protect your company and the staff by making sure they understand what is expected of them in their new role, as well as understanding the values of the business.

Any information you provide can be incorporated into your course, or we can design a basic course based on standard practice and labour law.

This is normally a full day course with group discussions, a presentation and a learner workbook for every learner.
