Retail Management Module 1: Take the Lead

In a super-competitive retail market, a great manager is essential to motivate and lead your staff, and take care of your customers.

In this module, we introduce managers to the many aspects of the job: customer service for managers, people skills, delegation, teamwork and working with your store systems. This course will equip retail managers with the skills necessary to excel!
