Retail Management Module 2: It starts with me!

Our retail management programme continues with this motivational course on how to transform your staff into the dream team! It encourages managers to be leaders, and to be an inspirational role model.

The course uses some of the principles from the great Leaderfish! DVD (part of the Fish! Philosophy), and provides practical ways to identify and solve problems in the store. The course is focussed on participation and discussion, and we assist managers to develop an action plan to achieve targets and goals.

This is a half day workshop with group discussions, a presentation and a learner workbook for every learner and a training DVD.
