Telephone Skills: Call me!

Dealing with customers over the telephone is always a challenge, but it is one that can be overcome with the help of our practical course.

Aimed at anyone who deals with customers over the phone regularly, such as receptionists and telesales personnel, we talk about telephone etiquette, selling over the phone and dealing with difficult calls.

This is a half day course with group discussions, a presentation and a learner workbook for every learner.
