Lisa, Training Director
Lisa has 12 years experience in the retail sector. She started off working on the shop floor and worked her way up to Director level. She then left to start KSD, as she saw a gap in the market for exciting, innovative training that is accessible to all levels of staff. She has a passion for genuinely uplifting people and sees training as the key to increased motivation, productivity and staff retention. Lisa LOVES to talk, Obsessed with reading, Loves to bake, is a fanatical cricket fan, loves muay thai (that's Thai boxing!) and loves travelling and living life to the full.
Amanda, BA, BPhil (Journ), Research and Development
Amanda spent several years in the UK, working in training for a top-end retailer. She also has a degree in journalism which helps her develop and align our exciting training material. Amanda enjoys planning her next trip, reading long books, watching movies with subtitles and pretending she is fancy. She loves her cat, Fluffy, and spending time in the outdoors with her family.
Simon, BTech (Industrial Design)
Simon has many years experience in product design, manufacturing and graphics. He ensures our training and publicity material is always of professional design and quality and ensures that the company runs smoothly. Simon enjoys designing, making things, thinking about making things and thinking about designing things. Simon enjoys hiking, cycling, outdoors and beaches.
